About Canterbury Childcare
Our Canterbury child care centre features a modern build and is located within a suburban area. The building features modern design and features indoor learning rooms as well as a spacious outdoor playground with shade sails.
This centre caters to children from 0-6 years of age. It is easily accessible for parents with plenty of street parking available. Canterbury/Bankstown Stations and Canterbury Public School are only a short drive away.
Our Canterbury centre is spacious, warm and inviting with a homely vibe. Both the indoor and outdoor environments are well appointed. They include age appropriate play equipment, natural light, amenities and resources to aid your child’s preschool education.
The natural environment is built into our outdoor play area to create a stimulating outdoor play space. We have separate rooms for babies, children and toddlers. Each area of our Canterbury child care centre is designed with your child’s age, needs and requirements in mind. Children are encouraged to learn to the best of their ability within safe and supportive surroundings.
Staff and Curriculum at Canterbury Daycare
Star Academy Kids educators are highly qualified professionals who are passionate about community based early childhood education and care. Educators at our early learning centre have undergone first aid, CPR, asthma, allergy and child protection training. We ensure they remain up to date with new developments in education. Our educators take the time to get to know your child and develop a supportive relationship during long day care.
Canterbury daycare offers a separate curriculum for each stage of growth. Our curriculum is play based. Children are encouraged to learn at their own pace whilst developing skills such as problem solving, experimentation, investigation and inquiry.
